The trails will be open to the public so beware of cyclists, other runners, and bird watchers. Earphones are allowed, just be courteous to those who are faster than you and get out of their way. We will have 2 unmanned aid stations consisting of water and electrolyte drink and 2 fully equipped aid stations. Food will be served at the main pavilion/start,finish line after the race, so stick around and enjoy the company. Families, your cheer squads, etc. are encouraged to hang out and grub as well. Awards will be given as runners finish. The race will take place rain or shine ( unless there's lightning).
Packet pickup will go down from 6:30 until 7:45 race morning at the main pavilion.  Every runner must check in race morning beginning at 6:30.  At this time you will sign a waiver and receive further instructions
