Pelican Timing Services is a race timing company based out of Lafayette, LA. Our timers have 43 yrs combined of timing experience.  We are dedicated to helping our customers achieve the best possible experiences for their participants.

Pelican Timing Services offers professional timing using the latest technology for timing and scoring services for running, triathlons, duathlons, swimming and biking events throughout the South.

We utilize RFID ULTRA DISPOSABLE CHIP TIMING SYSTEMS for cycling, running, and multi sports race events. 

We offer many other services which includes Online Registration, at no cost to the Event or Organizer, Live Results designed for smartphones, and Results Kiosk, with individual result printouts for the participants.   Learn more about our Services.

If you find that you ordered the wrong shirt size, we cannot change the shirt size during packet pick up. You can check with us after the race on race day to see if there are any sizes available which would better fit you.

Bay St. Louis Run/SUP - Saturday, 8/11/26 In Person Race

Join us for a one-of-a-kind coastal race in beautiful Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi—ranked in the Top 5 of America’s Best Coastal Small Towns by USA Today!

Now in its fourth year, the Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP combines a 5K run along the scenic beach sidewalk with a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race. This exciting event is hosted by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company and features chip timing, a continuous transition from run to paddle, and individual and relay categories.

Participants can compete solo or as part of a 2-person relay team—one teammate runs, the other paddles. The 5K is an out-and-back route on the beach sidewalk. The 1-mile paddle heads out, then south, parallel to the shoreline, before returning.

Need a board? Contact Sip Paddle Rental in advance to arrange paddle board rental and delivery to the race start. Arrive early on race day to set up your board on the beach for a smooth transition.

CRRC Summer Series 1 Mile Sneaux Cones Final Race - Thursday, 8/13/26 In Person Race

Join us for the final race in the CRRC One Mile Time Trial Series this Summer! This is a flat, fast, one-mile effort, perfect for runners of all paces.

Course:

The course begins on the track and has 4 Laps.

Check-In:

All participants must check in to receive their race bib. Check-in is located at the ULL Track and is open from 5:00–5:45 PM. Please do not wait until the last minute!

Online registration only — there is no in-person registration. Registration closes at 3:00 PM on race day.
Not a member yet? Join the Cajun Road Runners Club to save on all series races and receive 10% off at Geaux Run.

Thursday, August 13 — ULL Track ($15 members / $20 non-members)

No medals, no awards — just bragging rights, great company, and Sneaux Cones on us after the race. See you out there!

Live Oak High School 5K - Saturday , 8/15/26 In Person Race

Established in 2011, our 5K promotes Pride, Character & Tradition which are the values the Live Oak Community builds upon. Saturday morning, August 15, 2026 at 6:45 AM, we'll start with a small opening ceremony followed by a ONE MILE FUN RUN on our track. Immediately following the Fun Run, 5K will begin.  The route will again going around our campus, through local neighborhoods and back to finish on the track. Post race refreshments will be ready for our finishers with prizes awarded accordingly.

Register by 12AM AUGUST 10th to be guaranteed a T-shirt!! 
Strollers are welcome but please, NO FUR BABIES. Walkers and those participants pushing strollers are asked to start in the back of the pack. 

Sponsorships are available with proceeds benefiting Live Oak High School Cross Country Teams.

Run The Bluff 5K - Saturday, 8/22/26 In Person Race

The race will be on August 22nd at Southern University.  There will be a one mile run followed by the 5k.  The 1 mile run will start at 7:45 am and the 5k at 8:00.  Pre registration 6:00-7:30 am.
